Buckwheat Pancake mix - Organic

This wheat-free Certified Organic Buckwheat Pancake mix is convenient and makes pancakes that taste just as delicious as traditional pancakes. With everything already in the mix, all you need to do is add liquid and cook. Great for breakfast, desserts or camping, and the kids will love!

This pancake mix contains no artificial preservative, colours or flavours and is non-GMO.

How to Use:

Simply add 300mls of water or your choice of dairy or plant-based milk to 300g of the pancake mix and combine.

Try adding cinnamon, dried banana, mixed berries or choc chips. 

Cook in a pan over low to medium heat. When those little bubbles appear on the surface pancakes are ready to flip. Wait a few more minutes until the other side is golden. Remove from heat and eat.
