White Long Grain Rice
Our white long-grain rice is slightly softer than brown rice and it has a longer length as well. This versatile rice is easy to prepare. You can serve it as a side dish, mill it for flour, and use it in all your favorite recipes.
How to use: When cooking White Long Grain Rice, add one cup of well-rinsed rice to one and a half cups of cold water and salt to taste. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer, for 12-14 minutes. Drain any leftover water. It goes well with curries and hotpots. In addition to rice balls and patties, it can make pilaf, seafood paella, or fresh salads. Alternatively, simply heat a little rice in dairy, oat or nut milk until creamy; with nutmeg, cinnamon, and a bit of maple or coconut syrup for a quick and delicious rice pudding.
