How to use:
Black Chia can be used in various forms and can be eaten in many different ways. You can either grind, soak, or sprout Black Chia before consuming it. The ground form of Chia Black is an ideal ingredient for cakes, cookies, and bread as a replacement for grain. You can also soak Black Chia for half an hour or until they turn gelatinous in consistency. Soaked Chia seeds can be added to smoothies to enhance their taste. Lastly you can sprout Black Chia and add them to salads, put them in wraps, or make green smoothies out of them.
