Coconut Flakes - Organic
Our Flaked Coconut are made from high quality Sri Lankan coconuts. We convert fresh coconuts into flakes and dry them to make them easy to use. Similar to most of our products Flaked Coconut are also preservative free and 100% organic so you can use without putting your or your family's health at risk. These flakes have a chewy texture yet they still retain the flavor and aroma of coconut despite being dried. This product is used in a variety of foods including desserts and savoury dishes.
How to use:
Flaked Coconut has been used as a snack by combining it with other dried fruits and seeds. Or you can add it to salad, porridge, yogurt, smoothies, and granola to give them an exciting twist. Flaked Coconut is already dried, and you can toast them slightly to enhance its flavor. Flaked Coconut also goes well with salads, curries, noodle dishes, rice-paper rolls, stir-fries, soups and hot pots. This product can be sprinkled over ice cream or waffles, and pancakes. If you are into baking then Flaked Coconuts can be put into bread, cakes, muffins and even cookies.

STORAGE: Store Flaked Coconut in an airtight container. Keep the storage container is a cool, dry place and prevent sunlight exposure. Refrigerate the product if you live in a warm area.
