This full-flavoured, cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil is grown and manufactured locally in Yarrawonga, Victoria. The olives are harvested during peak ripeness, then cold-pressed and bottled immediately to create a decadent oil that is smooth, buttery and rich in flavour with aromas of freshly-cut grass, crisp fruit, and a lingering peppery finish. You can taste the quality.

Drizzle over your freshly steamed vegetables, salad or soup. You can you in any baking recipe as a substitute to butter. Also try dipping bread in and serving with some dukkah.
