Dill Seeds
Dill seeds are popular in the Indian subcontinent, which is where we get them from. Caraway seeds and dill seeds have a similar flavor so it is easy to confuse one for the other. Dill Seeds are often used whole in breads and pickles, or they are crushed and added to soups and vegetable dishes.
How to use: Dill is a versatile herb that can be used in many different ways, like in a potato salad, tzatziki sauce, or on fish. Spices like pickles or bread can be enhanced with the addition of dill seeds. Dried dill can also be added to dips, marinades, and potato, chicken, or tuna salads to give them more flavor. Dill is sold as seeds, and the seeds can be used whole or crushed and added to bread, soups, or dishes with vegetables. You can also make dill pickles using this product.
