Falafel mix - Organic & Australian

Our Falafel mix is quick, easy and delicious, but also organics and 100% Australian made! All you need to do is add some fresh herbs, a onion and water. 

How to use:

Ingredients:

1 cup falafel mix

1 handful of fresh herbs (parsley, coriander, mint)

1/2 onion 

Water 

Method:

Put al ingredients in a food processor and blend well.  Add water to blender to create a thick paste. Allow to sit for 15mins. Press mix firmly together and seperate into balls the size of walnuts. Fry gently in a small amount of oil. Turn when golden. Serve with pita bread and a little yoghurt or tahini.
