Reishi Mushroom - ORGANIC

Reishi mushroom has traditionally been used to help enhance the immune system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and lessen fatigue. People also take reishi mushroom for health conditions such as: High blood pressure, High cholesterol Cardiovascular disease, Liver or kidney disease, Respiratory diseases (such as asthma), Viral infections (such as the flu). 

How to use: Stir 1- 2 teaspoons of the mushroom powder into warm water. If mixing into milk based hot drinks we recommend mixing with a small amount of water first and then adding your milk and sweetener of choice.

This area of East China is filled with agricultural history dating the past almost 1000 years, meaning sustainable and protected farming heritage. The families in the region create a circular process, in which nutrients in the ground are based around an aquaculture system (fish -> rice -> farming).

Are the conventional powders spray free? - Yes, the conventional powders are spray free due to being wild harvested.

STORAGE: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration recommended in warm climates.
