Our Premium Rose Petals are a perfect addition to teas and herbal blends. Packed with Vitamin C, polyphenols, Vitamin A and other antioxidants, they can help reduce arthritis and digestive pain, improve circulation and ease menstrual cramps. They are also great for providing a relaxing effect - try adding to chamomile, lavender and spearmint for a calming night-time blend.

Ingredients: Rose Petals.
Serving suggestion: Add 1 teaspoon to green or black tea and brew in 75-85ºC water for 5-6 minutes. Add honey to taste.
Storage: Store below 180C in a dry place, out of light.
